CHURCH BIOGRAPHY
ReBirth Deliverance Ministries is an Apostolic and Prophetic ministry established to advance the Kingdom of God through sound doctrine, spiritual authority, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. Founded in 2022 under the visionary leadership of Apostle Samiska Collins. The church exists to equip believers, raise leaders, and release God's people into their divine purpose. Rooted in the word of God and led by the Spirit, ReBirth Deliverance Ministries embraces the fivefold ministry with a strong emphasis on apostolic governance and prophetic insight. We believe in present-day operation of spiritual gifts divine order in the Church, and the restoration of biblical patterns for leadership, discipleship, and mission.
Our ministry is marked by fervent worship, revelatory teaching, prophetic impartation, and international mentorship. Through prayer, training, and outreach, we labor to establish mature believers who walk in spiritual authority, holiness, and kingdom impact-both within the church and beyond its walls. ReBirth Deliverance Ministries is more than a place of gathering it is a spiritual training ground where destinies are activated, callings are affirmed, and lives are transformed. As an Apostolic and Prophetic house, we are committed to building according to God's divine blueprint, equipping saints for effective ministry, and advancing God's purposes in this generation.
MEET OUR LEADER
Holiness without, no man shall see the Lord," is the scripture that keeps Apostle Samiska Collins moving, motivated, and ministering as unto the Lord. Apostle Collins desire is that souls will be saved, and the captives set free. She is a visionary, a leader, a Prophet, a Psalmist and a willing vessel of God that preaches, teaches, and lives out the word of God. Apostle Collins unique and powerful message of faith and deliverance is preached with love, laughter, boldness and power, and touches the entire body of Christ.
Apostle Collins joined Breakthrough Church International in Elkton, MD in 2012 under the leadership of Apostle Kenneth Ringgold, II. She was ordained as a Prophet in 2014 and preached her first sermon in 2015. Soon after she was ordained and the Lord anointed her with the gift of healing and laying hands. She served as Youth Leader, Head of the Usher Board, Praise and Worship Leader, Lead Intercessor and served as the Vice President of Pastor's Aide. She is known for her compassion for the broken and hurting women.
In 2017 she birthed her vision; Ladies of Elegance Ministry where she aides in healing broken and hurting women of all ages by the leading of the Holy Spirit. Her mission is to empower, build up, and push women into their destiny. Her transparency has drawn innumerable women to have a relationship with Christ and can be witnessed in her daily interactions with people of all walks of life.
God uses Apostle Collins in many ways in healing and deliverance. Numerous testimonies have come forth where cancer has been healed, eyesight restored, and healing in various areas of the body has taken place by the power of God. In 2019 Samiska Collins Ministries was birthed and Apostle Collings was imparted into by the laying of hands by Apostle Kenneth Ringgold II, released and blessed to move forward in her ministry
On November 19, 2022 ReBirth Deliverance Ministries was birthed and launched. Apostle Samiska Collins was ordained as Pastor by Apostle Kenneth Ringgold, II. Thereafter, Apostle Samiska Collins attended Dominion Seminary School and received her Associates of Arts Biblical Studies as of June 2022. She also received an Honorary Doctorate degree in February 2023. As of today, the Lord has blessed Apostle Samiska Collins with two Apostolic Prophetic Hubs located in Elkton, MD and Onley, VA, where she trains, equips, while activating and cultivating spiritual gifts through the Holy Spirit, and raise up disciples to go out into the world and compel souls to Jesus Christ.
Apostle Samiska is the mother of two beautiful children, and a granddaughter.
